Attended the cultural exchange with the Japanese yesterday!

The Japanese girls are so cute!

And all of them are so enthusiastic. Love their enthusiastic but then abit not used. Heh.

I played bamboo dragonfly games with my new friends! They gave me one bamboo dragonfly. So in love with that bamboo dragonfly, nice game, very childhood ^^

These Japanese people are real nice! They prepared all their speeches in English! Though we all have abit of difficulty in understanding their English but nonetheless, they put up in such great effort! I start to love Japanese people liao.

It's like when the speaker says "Konbawa!", they will reply back!

And they cheered loudly for their school mates.

Feel so at home with them (:

Though there was abit of language barrier cos I don't understand Japanese and they can't understand English that are abit too chim.

I remembered when the emcee said we could help ourselves with buffet and usually when we're gonna eat, I'll say "YAY! MAKAN!" Indeed, that was what I said -_-; I went like "OOPS" and they were so curious what's "makan", they asked me.

I explained to them it's the Malay language of saying "eat" they went like "Ohhh! MAKAN!"

Heh.

Attended Yuhua's Passing Out Parade on 4th December.

Although it's pretty much the same things that happens since I joined band in year 2000, the huge difference is the results, so ya, I was back to visit the current members and know the results.

The photographer, Yong San (or is it Yong Shan?). I remember him as the guy who always wishes us all the best before concerts. He'd always go row by row, one by one, shaking hands with all of us and giving blessings..

And of cos, the results!

As from my previous entry, I'm soooooo proud of PeeWee aka Pei Wei!

Why?

Cos he made history!

He got Best NCO, Best Section Leader and promotion from Lance Corporal to Corporal!

I'm so so so so so so so proud of him!

And my section got Best Section!

Two of the Sec twos got promoted from Private to Lance Corporal!

WOOOT!

It's like sooo many blessings at one go can! Pei Wei is really the gem of the section.. After some ten years later, he finally helped us all ex-members got back the Best Section. Frankly, I almost cried can.

It was like after Sanjay announced Best NCO, he didn't immediately announce Best Section Leader when Pei Wei gave back the medal. Instead, he seemed like waiting for him to go back to the platoon and then announce! That's when Pei Wei didn't have a break! Imagine having the need to come out three times at one go to receive medals.

Never in my life have I seen someone receiving three medals at one go can.

So proud, so proud..

But now Pei Wei should be quite stressed up. Being best nco means setting a good example to nco, head of ncos means leading the ncos well, best section leader means guiding the section even better with Ms Chan expecting more from the section with best section award.

It's gonna be a long way for him since he's taking Os too.

Went to support Wenna's friend, Samantha, at SP today.

Presenting..



Samantha!

The introduction was good. I don't mean the event, I mean upon meeting Wenna's friend for the first time. When Samantha saw me, she was like "EH?!", as if she's seen me before. Felt abit weird, ended up cos Wenna always refer to my blog so yeah, she visited my blog before and saw my photos before.

Heh.

Personally and seriously, I feel she sang best. I'm not being biased cos I was there to support her but its true lor.

But she only emerged 4th :(

One of the contestants caught all of our attention.



Even Shun Wei (She didn't put on her contact lenses) went like "Is it my eye or is it the guy? Why does his hair seems so weird?!"

The show was somewhat like ICT Superstar.. No comments.

Emcees sucked.

Toilets stinked like hell.

Lightings VERY bad. (I'm so proud of myself during ICT Superstar) There weren't beautiful colours to go with the mood of the song the contestants are singing lor, so the show went boring and colourless.

And then even before the last contestant sang finish her song, lights were all on?!

What the hell?

Ever had strange recurring dreams?

I have one strange recurring Harry Potter like dream.

Dreamt about another scene again this morning when I skipped school.

The dream setting's like that:



Since it's very much Harry Potter like, understandably, those bookshelf and tables are made of wood with beautiful craftings.

The one in green is a table with stools around and that dirty green patch represents a bird cage.

My "house" is located under the table in the playroom.

I live with my "master".

Till this day, my dream have not reveal how my master look like.

The dream went like that:

My master had a quest or something and he had to leave for some time. The bird in the bird cage acts as a messenger just in case he has anything to inform me.

Oh, I forgot to add that we live in our enemy's house. I don't know how my enemy look like too.

So that bird had something to tell me and I sat on one of the stools listening to it when I heard my enemy speaking in a very loud tone.

I realised he found out I was in the library!

Went to hide in my house of cos.

He didn't manage to catch me cos he thought I ran out of the window.

I had wanted to stay inside when I realised I left my handphone outside my house! Somewhere near the table..

Oh my god, what if they found my handphone!

And for some reasons the handphone was located further than my arm's length and I had to stretch with lots of difficulties to retrieve my handphone but to no avail.

Was trying very very very hard when I heard footsteps and saw shadows near the playroom door. The shadows seemed to be coming nearer to me.

Panicked, I tried to cover my house with the wooden "door" but that bloody door was sooooo far away from me!

Decided to give up and just hide in my house, hoping they won't see me.

Then my dream stopped there.

Didn't get to know the ending, whether I was discovered or not.

Sad..

ICT Superstar was a blast!

And that's the four buttons I was refering to, the four colors.



Basically the machine nearer to the camera is useless and the one furthest from the camera is is audio controller.

Forgot to take photos with the entire PSP crew though.

Okay, the night was.. Boring!

Why?!

The songs the contestants picked were slowwwww songs.

And I had to give them soothing colors.

Had to practically slide the four buttons individually one after another.

It all went slowwwww.

Like the magic show putted up by Jeremy though. The story he told almost made me teared, but because Cassidy was so sarcastic, I decided that if I really teared, he'll be even more sarcastic. LOL.

The story went like this: Jeremy had this trip to a country (I forgot which) and he was performing for a group of sick kids, kids who can't live long. There was this kid named Richard, who missed Jeremy's magic show; he had wanted to watch the snow part. So Richard went to ask Jeremy to perform again, but he promised to do another show next week. That week came, and as promised, Jeremy did another magic show, but Richard wasn't there. The nurse brought him to Richard's ward, and was surprised to see the walls painted with images of snow: Richard dreams to see snow. But before he could see it in Jeremy's show, he passed away..

Back to the contestants part, well, not all were that good though, but I must admit they all sing better than me lah, cos I've never sang into a mic before. HEE~

Winner was Cynthia and I admit her voice is very beautiful. Her song was distinctive from the rest, it was clear that she was the best :)

She wore a tube dress while singing her song, and when the song's gonna end, I could see that her tube dress was about to drop, she was like hugging onto her tube dress.

Then we, the control room people, said to off the lights when she finished cos she will get interviewed after her song.

Me, the saviour(hehehe), dimmed the lights immediately to let her adjust her tube dress.

I'm sucha thoughtful girl, am I?
