Sweet Innocence

I think I better blog this down before I forget.

Don't remember which day did this happen because every morning is more or less the same to me so I can't remember the day.

But it went like this..

As usual, I pulled myself up from bed, bathe and then set off to work.

Board 198 and alighted at the busstop outside JE library where I wait for bus 176 to reach my workplace.

Bus 176 came and I boarded the bus. It was pretty crowded but I managed to move in cos it's the bendy bus and of cos it's longer.

Saw him in the middle of the bendy bus *smiles*

Looked around to see if there's any familiar students working at the factory.

None.

So there was only me and him who alighted at the busstop just opposite our workplace.

Didn't walk together of cos. We don't even know each others' name so we just walked our ways.

He's really fast and he reached the lift first. Initially I thought he's already in the midst of getting to fifth level since I didn't see anyone a distance away from the lift.

When I was finally in front of the lift, he was there.

*smiles*

No one's around except us!

*chuckles*

Obviously we took the lift together.

We just stood at our own corner in the lift.

Very quiet.

...

The silence was awkward.

Finally reached level five (though I wished the lift would jam and so I could spend some time with him. Okay I'm just kidding about this part. I seriously wasn't thinking about anything at that time)

Waited outside together since we have no access.

I think he tried to keep his cool look so I think I oughta react if someone is near the door.

Saw someone near the door.

Hurriedly knock on the door.

Of cos I didn't knock like there's no tomorrow.

I did a not-really-very-rough-and-not-so-gentle knocking style.

The worker saw us and then came to open the door.

I looked at his reaction while the worker walked towards the door.

He was smiling to himself.

Did I looked stupid?!

Went in after the door was opened.

Need to retrieve head caps since it's the production line.

As I've mentioned, he's darn skinny so he thought he could squeeze over those goods.

I went one big round cos I know I won't be able to make it.

Reached the place before he could even though he walked faster than me.

He couldn't squeeze through the goods and looked very paiseh.

Cute.

He finally decided to walk one big round like I did.

Took two head caps and passed one to him.

He was smiling abit and felt paiseh at the same time.

Cute.

The END.

That was the first (I hope not only) nice and sweet encounter to me.

Could still remember his expressions vividly.

I just realised my English not that powderful leh.

My dictionary contains very little words so my entries are written in simple English.

Felt real shameful reading this girl's blog.

:(

She's only fifteen lor.

Got alot to write leh. But then I think my entry will be long and dry.

Went IKEA today.

Fun.

I wish I have the whole day to explore IKEA.

Cos one hour is not enough.

Headed down immediately after work today.

Had dinner.

That's the cute kids tray. My mother took the wrong tray but very cute and small!

Walked around and saw this nice little cushion stool.

Frog prince!

Basically, I've been setting my eyes on this set of photos..

A complete set of a jazz band! The humans were silhouetted against classy baskgrounds!

There's the jazz singer, jazz trumpetter and jazz saxophonist!

Very nice!

And no, it does not cost $0.90.

But $19.90!

Of cos I didn't buy.

Bought a few stuff like pencil holder, card boxes and paper racks? (forgot what's that called)

Gonna tidy up and revamp (hopefully) my side of the room tomorrow!

My table's brown in color. Not nice. HOW sia.

Feel like painting it. But no paint.

Feel like wrapping it. No wrapping materials either.

Sian.

Tomorrow's spring clean day and Sunday's Roti Prata Dinner outing!

Yay~

Yuet Wei got the highest pay. So she's gonna treat us roti prata for dinner.

Why roti prata?

I suggested one.

Bugis got this new Roti Prata stall at the food court mah. It replaced the Japanese stall previously.

Cannot go Prata House so go there lor.

Cheap and my all-time favourite.

Can order all sorts of prata and have a prata feast!

Still deciding if I wanna buy IPod Nano leh.

I've gotten my pay.

Lesser than $400.

That's the pay for two weeks though.

I missed two days of work.

OT become $5 instead of $7.50.

So I cannot complain.

When I saw this:

After I hopped into the car, I asked my mum what is the average pay of a construction worker. She told me that they get about $17 a day. - An excerpt from Hejin's blog-

I felt so gulity?

It's like I earn $44 bucks per day (though not alot) and definitely not under the sun, I still have zillions to complain about my job.

The supervisor lah, pasting stickers bore me to death lah, pay too little lah etc.

But these construction workers actually get lesser than $20 per day?

:(

And these construction workers are usually Bangladesh workers and I know not many Singaporeans like them.

We kinda despice them (not all lah) and stuff like that.

But these people contribute alot in Singapore and yet we failed to see that.

The place where we called home were built by them (I know not all Bangla workers lah but majority of them are).

So should I buy the IPod Nano?

Jonathan told me his play button couldn't really worked if he don't use his IPod Nano frequently.

I wonder if IPod Nano experiences such problems? Or any functionality problems?

I said I didn't want to blog alot but I kept typing and typing, man.

But I'm still not done.

Leave it for tomorrow bah!
