Cheryl's birthday was yesterday. Met up with her and Wendy for a little chat over coffee and a little shopping around WestMall. Treated the both of them to coffee beans and Wendy made a card for her which I also signed on it.

HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY CHERYL!

I remember few months back I read Marcus' blog and he mentioned that:

"...to meet albert's primary school mates. aww~they have primary school meetings! i wonder where all of mine died to. everyday, i flip through the newspaper's obituaries looking through. =X"

Saw that and it's kinda sad that we never had a gathering before. Cos no one took the initiative though maybe a few or many of us yearn for a gathering. The year we graduated from primary school was 1999, a year which handphone is still new and that people who can afford more luxury has a handphone, hence one or two or none of us even had handphones back then. Besides, we were only 12 years old.

So we were left with no handphone numbers to contact and a few of us exchanged home phone numbers. We no longer pick up our phone and dial those home numbers we have and that's why after 7 years, I only have a few contacts.

Well, I chatted online with alot of my primary school friends yesterday. I was so hyped up! With huge determination to gather as many people as possible for the gathering, I now have 18 names on the list including my name!

From a mere 5-7 people to 18 people, I think that's a big step. Everyone's enthusiastic about the gathering and of cos there's the people who will be going just because everyone else is and there's the people who's as enthusiastic as me to meeting everyone and talk about old days! Then again I hope it'll be a huge success!

It's set to either 16th, 17th or 18th June which is either next Friday, Saturday or Sunday; whichever day majority or ALL can make it. As for what we're gonna do and where we're gonna go, I still haven't decide on it cos everyone gotta be happy with the plans ya.

David suggested Sentosa for some beach-ing, sun tanning etc but I reckon not everyone is the beach kinda people so that might be out of consideration. Unless after a simple dinner and movie or some sort, we can consider Sentosa as an option for other upcoming gatherings.

OH and I hope everyone won't be awkward as we're gonna meet like after 7 years. I hope there will be people who will do the talking, try to create atmosphere and not make it a dull and boring gathering cos it takes two hands to clap! Of cos if say, 15 people turns up, 1 person can't possibly do the talking, do the creating a happy atmosphere and stuff. It's gonna be hell. The reason why I need more people to be able to open up to everyone, talk crap and stuff is because if the gathering turns out dull and boring, I bet people who will go for upcoming outings will get lesser and lesser :/

I'm so looking forward to the gathering!

I'll get my friend to scan the 6E photo, then I'll take photo with everyone else and let's do a comparison! I believe everyone has changed in terms of looks! The once ugly ducklings has now all turn into beautiful and handsome swans :)



A few of us who chatted together yesterday were from primary 2B'1995! I send them this photo and we remincise. AWWWWWW~ Those days!

I was like saying, why not we have a 2B'1995 gathering after the 5E/6E one, they were saying I'm crazy. But when I looked at the photo, counted the number of 5E/6E people whom I already have their contacts, and the few which added me in friendster, I could still gather 11!

OMG I'm getting so crazy about this gathering can. This one will be more superb cos it's kinda after 9 to 11 years! But there are the people whom I don't even remember their names, also the people whom I don't even remember they were part of my class :/
