Yesterday I saw Jiexiang's mobile number flashing on my handphone. When I answered I'm greeted by silence, then a "叫阿姨!" (greet aunt) then followed by "阿姨!"
Alanah was very confused by the situation though, probably thinking why 阿姨 is in the phone.
Anyway, Jiexiang told me, she came dashing into the room shouting 阿姨! 阿姨! She even looked for me under his bed (even though his bed isn't hollow at the bottom -_-;)
But that's so cute! It just shows how much she misses me :)

Very overdue post [Desaru]
Remember my trip to Desaru with Jiexiang and extended family members?
Yes yes, so overdue because It's been almost three months! I just gotten the photos from Jiexiang -_-;
Anyway, I shall let the photos speak:
First stop: Ostrich Farm
Egg shells provides nutrition for ostriches so after the egg cracks, they will eat up the bits of shells..
Afro Bird
You gotta relax your palm while feeding them and do not fold your palm while feeding cos Jiexiang got bitten by it and was bleeding abit.
Acting dead
"Mummy! Why the bird like that?!"
Natural ostrich egg bra, anyone?
Beautiful lamps!
Ostrich egg (when cooked) can feed up to 20 people. Eat one of it alone and you'll die of high cholesterol level, man!
Second stop: Fruit Farm
Acting cute!
These kois fought for food when people feed them. They're like half out of the water! EUUUU! Hate this scene!
HAHA, blocking from the vigorous splashing of water while the kois fight for food.
Well, didn't take photos of the fruits cos the weather was so so so hot and apparently, the tour guide was very rude, as if guiding for the sake of guiding.
Sweet lovebirds!
Everyone's not afraid of the python...
Even her!
In case you're wondering why no photos of me and Jiexiang with the python, it's cos we're both scared and shy. HAH.
Didn't capture any photos of the fireflies cos we were not allowed but the sight of it is simply spectacular! <3
Alanah looked so scared yet so cute! Miss her already~

SO true!
Your view on yourself:
You are down-to-earth and people like you because you are so straightforward. You are an efficient problem solver because you will listen to both sides of an argument before making a decision that usually appeals to both parties.
Yes yes, I always believe in listening to both sides of an argument.. But of cos I must first know both parties..
The type of girlfriend/boyfriend you are looking for:
You like serious, smart and determined people. You don't judge a book by its cover, so good-looking people aren't necessarily your style. This makes you an attractive person in many people's eyes.
Your readiness to commit to a relationship:
You prefer to get to know a person very well before deciding whether you will commit to the relationship.
True also. But things don't always go my way ya. Certain people develop feelings for each other after knowing each other well, certain people avoid that because they know each other too well. My case is always the latter.
The seriousness of your love:
Your have very sensible tactics when approaching the opposite sex. In many ways people find your straightforwardness attractive, so you will find yourself with plenty of dates.
Your views on education
You may not like to study but you have many practical ideas. You listen to your own instincts and tend to follow your heart, so you will probably end up with an unusual job.
Is web designing an unusual job? HAHA.
The right job for you:
You're a practical person and will choose a secure job with a steady income. Knowing what you like to do is important. Find a regular job doing just that and you'll be set for life.
Yes yes, I'm very down-to-earth. Afraid of risks and dare not think about investing unless I have assurance for it. I'd rather work and save up what I earn then to invest and get quick money. Investments don't always guarantee getting profits (maybe don't guarantee getting back the initial amount I invested too).
How do you view success:
You are afraid of failure and scared to have a go at the career you would like to have in case you don't succeed. Don't give up when you haven't yet even started! Be courageous.
Very true.......
What are you most afraid of:
You are concerned about your image and the way others see you. This means that you try very hard to be accepted by other people. It's time for you to believe in who you are, not what you wear.
Sadly, true. I'm very concerned about the way others see me.
Who is your true self:
You are mature, reasonable, honest and give good advice. People ask for your comments on all sorts of different issues. Sometimes you might find yourself in a dilemma when trapped with a problem, which your heart rather than your head needs to solve.

Probably the best selling OST ever!
Just gotten my Secret OST yesterday! The OST is so so so fantastic. It's sold out at all CD-Rama outlets! Yesterday I was so prepared to call all outlets of various music stores like Sembawang, HMV, Gramophone etc when I got lucky on my first trial! Well... I picked the right choice :) Gramophone at The Cathay!
Was contemplating if I should just go down on Saturday since I will be meeting Jiexiang at Bugis but I decided I can't wait. THANK GOD I made that choice! Cos when I went down, it was the last copy!
*hops and jumps around the office~*
Listening to the OST allows me to remember all the scenes in the movie all over again (actually cos I watched it again last sunday :P) but its so so nice. Some tracks can even make tears well up in my eyes.
Oh and shall I say this is the best selling OST ever? When can we even hear about OST being out of stock?! High demand leh!
Love it to bits.
Some movies I've watched recently:
Must watch! I'm not biased (this I emphasize again). Even people who are just neutral about Jay Chou think it's good!
Touching show! But certain parts get so emotional and then suddenly the actress sing. Supposed to be sad but the expression is funny yet sad. Mixed feelings. Will be even more sad if you understand Hokkien, cos I don't understand Hokkien, maybe abit only.
Good movie for a good laughter for lame things. HAH.
AND I WANT WATCH THIS:
Been waiting since like forever leh~

Ridikulus!
Found some interesting laws on this site:
In Ohio, it is against state law to get a fish drunk.
Why would someone get a fish drunk?!
In Indonesia, the penalty for masturbation is decapitation.
In case you're wondering what is "decapitation", let me enlighten you:
decapitation: to cut off the head of; behead (source)
In Vermont, women must obtain written permission from their husbands to wear false teeth.
What if my husband is dead?!
In Alexandria, Minnesota, USA, it is still illegal for a man who has garlic, onions or sardines on his breath to have sex with his wife.
Well... I wouldn't want to kiss a smelly breath.. and what if he farts?!
In Providence, Rhode Island, USA, it is still illegal for shop owners to sell toothpaste and toothbrushes to the same customer on a Sunday.
Oh god.. wassup doc?
In St. Louis, Missouri, USA, it is still illegal for firemen to rescue women who are still in their nightdresses.
In the midst of the fire:
Lady (in nightdress): HEEEEEEEEELLPPPPPP MEEEEEEEEEE!
Fireman (upon seeing lady): I'm sorry but I can't save you cos you're in a nightdress.. (went off to find other victims)
In Kentucky, USA, it is illegal to carry and ice cream cone in your pocket.
Why would you dirty your pocket like that?!
In Louisiana, USA, if you bite someone with your own teeth it is classed as 'Simple assault' but if you bite someone with your dentures it is classed as 'aggravated assault.
Wendy, this is for you :)
In Conorsville, Wisconsin, USA, it is illegal for a man to fire a gun while his wife is having an orgasm.
I'd kill my husband if he fires when I'm having an orgasm.. I mean.. why would he do that?!
In Willowdale, Oregon, USA, no man may curse while having sex with his wife.
Husband (in the midst of making love): F*ck me, baby
Police: You're arrested.
In Florida it is illegal to have sex with a porcupine.
OUCH!
Chewing gum is illegal in Singapore.
We all know this..... :/
In Burma it is illegal to get internet access. If a person is found in possession of a modem he can be imprisoned.
Geeeeeez. Does that mean all Burma companies doesn't have a website?
In Romania, in 1935, Mickey Mouse was banned because the authorities thought that the sight of a 10ft high rodent on screen would terrify the nation's children.
The terror of Mickey Mouse!
Donald Duck comics were once banned in Finland because he never wore pants.
What will happen to all the ducks in Finland?
In Britain, in 1888, a law was passed which stated that every cyclist had to constantly ring the bell on his bicycle non-stop while the machine was moving.
I'll burn my bicycle.
In Denmark it is not illegal for a convicted prisoner to escape from prison. If the escapee is caught he only serves the rest of his sentence.
If I ever want to commit a crime, I'd want to commit it in Denmark for sure~
In Denmark it is illegal to start your car without first checking to see if there are any children asleep underneath it.
Who lets their children sleep underneath the car?
In Stelvio, Italy, in 1519, a court issued a warrant for the arrest of a gang of moles that had severely damaged crops. The moles were sumoned to court but when they failed to appear they were sentenced to exile.
Judge: I hereby sentence you moles to be imprisoned for life!
Moles: ??
Oh by the way they are not refering to moles on our body.

Great big hug
credits to daddywipes
Did I ever mentioned I love kids who hug my legs? I love it simply because it shows they loves me and they want me to play with them.
Yesterday I was in Jiexiang's kitchen, scooping rice for dinner, when Alanah went like "Ah yi!" then she hugged my leg and said "Ah yi bao bao!" (carry me!)
Love it <3

Perfected in pain!
Nothing ever runs smooth in a relationship.
Sometimes in a relationship we have to deal with problems and then these often comes with sadness/frustration/anger and inevitably, tears. It is during these moments we realize how important the other party is, how much we can't live without them in our life, how much we love them etc etc..
And it is after these moments which either the relationship gets stronger and both parties cherish each other more, or the relationship worsens and it ends.
Of cos at such times, I prefer the former, unless of cos it involves infidelity of the other partner, then it's totally a different thing.
I know quarrels isn't exactly a very pleasant thing but as long as the relationship is made stronger after each quarrels, it may be worth it after all. But I don't mean quarrels over very very trivial matters, like.. the most childish.. "why you never call me?"
HAH. That's just a very lousy example.
*Edited
Had been chatting with Yong Xiang for the past few hours regarding relationships. It's always good to hear things from a guy's point of view yah.
Anyway I can't help but agree that words of anger can't be taken too seriously. If you're in a heated argument, you will tend to spout words of anger which they might not actually mean it. So it'd always be good if the angered party do some thinking after completely cooling down, then he/she shall judge the situation when they're all calm rather than angry.
When you're angry, you bound to think the other party let you down or some sort and can't really sort out your feelings straight. Even if you made a decision while you're still agitated, I guess one might regret after they had cooled down.
Always make a decision when you're not angered/frustrated/agitated.
I'm glad we made it through... :)

Truth
This photo is tad bit random but I thought I'd add a photo cos my entries seemed wordy. By the way, me and Jiexiang got this monopoly! Oh and I realised the price has gone down to $61.90 instead of more than $80.00 after the GST hike. HAHA.
Have you ever lied so much you felt like telling the truth but somehow you can't? You can't tell because you sorta guessed how the other party would react upon knowing the truth, and deep inside, you hope he/she asks you about it so you could just let it all out..
Well, I did. I kept the secret I had a boyfriend for more than three months until my mum finally asked me. She suspected I had a boyfriend, sneaked around and asked my siblings but they just said they don't know when they actually know.
I had to lie where I went for so long I felt like bursting. I want to tell her I have a boyfriend when I'm all ready. But when I know she asked my siblings about it, inside my heart I wished she would ask me so I'd tell because I'm not at all ready to tell her. (fearing the fact that she might get all so worried about me getting cheated as such)
She finally popped the question when she was asking me something in the bus guide.
I finally told her the truth.
This time round, I wasn't at all irritated by all her questions (because I always feel annoyed) and I answered her attentively. I know she's been wanting to know if I had a boyfriend and now that she's asked, I ought to repay her by telling her the truth and answering all her questions.
I feel so much relieved.. you know?
At some point I felt so sick of lying but that's all I could do.
Now I can just tell her the truth :)
I think because I told her the truth that's why I finally completed the two levels I've been stuck for Crash Bandicoot 1. *sniggers*

Wet Dreams Please!
HAHAHAHAHA I BET THAT TITLE CAUGHT YOUR EYES.
Anyway, I spent a good deal of time figuring out the codes for Blogger's default skin because I want to make a nice and simple skin, yet Blogger-friendly too. Blogger-friendly in the sense, I totally love the way I can just add new sidebar boxes for new content, arrange my boxes in any order I like just using simple drag-and-drop, which I believe everyone can do, and my skin still looks fabulous.
NICE?
By the way, Secret is a pretty damn good movie. I swear you gotta catch it. I know you may think I'm a little Jay Chou biased because I love him heads over heels but I totally love the twist of the movie. Even Jiexiang likes it leh. He gives a rating of 4/5. Of cos, I give it 5/5, for the sweetness of the movie, and the unexpected twist in the movie :)
Well, there's this part which is so so so sweet, me and other girls (strangers of cos) went like "SOOOO SWEETTTTTT~" and I swear I'm not the only one saying that, thus hallucinating that the rest of the girls in the cinema said that too.
If anyone wants to catch that movie but no one wants to watch with you, FIND ME PLEASE.
I'm so gotta get the DVD when it's out.
Oh, as for the wet dreams part, I SO WANNA HAVE WET DREAMS OF JAY CHOU TONIGHT CAN! He's so damn talented!
- His piano skills in the movie is jaw-dropping
- Twist in the storyline is fantastic
- He can compose
- He can sing
- He can play the piano, cello, guitar, drumset, chinese flute, some other chinese instruments blabla
- He can write scripts
- He can direct MVs and movie
- He can act (okay lah, I think only for character with similar character traits of him)
- ..... I'm too sleepy to think of the rest for now! Just fill in the blanks yourself :)
P.S. The ending theme ,Jay's 不能说的秘密, has got an extra note at the piano part. (I think the music's a little faulty)
P.P.S. The word "Special" is spelt as "Specail" in the credits area.

Starburst Rattlesnakes
Yesterday I was at Vivocity Candy Empire looking for some junkfood when I saw Starburst gummies and was deciding if I should indulge in this yummy gummy. So expensive you know, $9.20 for the big pack and it didn't help when I heard this:
Auntie: (holding onto big Starburst gummy pack from the shelf) "So expensive! I can buy this at SGD2.50 in Australia for one pack!
T_T
How can I bear spending almost $10.00 for junkfood :( And I can jolly top up $0.80 to get 4 packs of it in Australia! Anyone who reads this and is residing in Australia? Can you send me some yummy gummy? I don't mind surface mail as long as I get a dozen of it to indulge in :( At least I can keep it for months and enjoy 1 pack every 2 weeks or something..
Who wanna buy me Starburst gummy?

Time for some updates!
Had a wonderful evening last Thursday with Jiexiang :) He made reservations at My Secret Garden and I must say the ambience is very romantic! Sad to say, not very worth it for the food though. Too expensive and the pasta tasted so-so. But I love the Brownie Mud Pie! SO HEAVEN! Too bad there's no Sin in Love. Well, it's also brownie but it's in heart-shaped :P
Think we'll definitely go back there for a dessert!
Caught up with Wendy last Saturday and I did a little bit of shopping and we chatted the whole day. To think we can do so much chatting and with Wendy around, it's always a sinful and fattening day.
Once we reached Far East Plaza, it's Shin Lin XXL chicken for us with Long John Silver's combo one. Did some shopping and headed down to Cineleisure's HK Cafe and munched on french toast, peanut toast, yuan yang and teh!
When we're done with HK Cafe, we took bus to Jurong Entertainment and drank fresh ice blended drinks at a cafe -_-;
Gosh and oh, maybe that's how I fell sick? HAH.
Met Jay Chou yesterday! Sadly, I wasn't the lucky 26 who got to interact with him. Well, we were asked to write our name, I/C and mobile number at the back of the pass and then 20 people will be chosen to get the movie poster autographed by him. A girl near me and my sister got selected (and god, she screamed so loudly can), but apparently because she didn't scribble down her I/C number she can't get the poster. So she went like: Ch** by* lah. Never write I/C no. only. F*ck lah..
-_-;
4 lucky people were called to play games with Jay and Gui Lun Mei but I must say the game's pretty lame. However, winners get autographed single and runner up gets autographed poster! ROAR.
I love the last segment though, which is Jay and Gui Lun Mei will select a pass from the box and then call the person. It's like a "secret". If they call you, you will get a limited edition musical box!
A girl near me and my sister received a call. SO LUCKY CAN.
The whole event lasted for two hours, which includes one hour of queueing, half hour of emcee talking cock and half hour of Jay's appearance.
I should have gotten the single instead :(
Who want give me the single? I love surprises, you know. All you have to do is purchase advance tickets for the movie and redeem it at Gramophone, The Cathay! Simple as ABC.
Any kind souls who love me so much? :(
