Another working day

just had a refreshing shower and am now in front of my laptop. work is as usual and sales hasnt been really good. sad news came. me and Robin have to work in Teban Gardens for 3 days a week cos the sales at JE was detoriating(did i spell it right?) since a few months ago.

i thought it was Corinne who purposely put me there for three days a week cos when i first saw de scheledue, i was the only one working three days for three weeks. working there isnt bad, of cos when i have my full gear with me. but its so stuffy and kinda boring. worst of all, i dont like to trouble my dad to send my 'ai xin lunch' over and the auntie next door to look after the shop when i wanna go out and buy dinner. on top of that, i see nothing nice to eat there. that makes me wanna skip my dinner whenever im there.

but im glad nice customers are always there. i notice this Caucasian(did i spell correctly?) who always come to our branch and purchase Japanese Anime. guess he's a real fan of Japanese Anime. oh ya! im kinda addicted to the vcds which are beckoning me! like Greed Mask, Inuyasha, Rumbling Hearts, Pretty Guardian etc. i dont wanna spend so much on vcds! *screams*

but it seems i have to. i think im gonna get hooked by all these!

there was this sweet looking girl whom i think is about 3 years old. she was soooo sweet, i tell you. she held on to her granny's hand and then kept putting her hand in her mouth. whats so sweet about that, you might think. but when i smiled at her. she grinned widely! that's soooo sweet!

the thing is, its rare that kids would actually grin widely or stuff like that to you when you smile at them. and she did! she put a smile on my face with her cute little actions.

and then there was this little boy who pestered his parents to buy some vcds for him. he was like getting near to me and trying to be funny. i played along with him. he folded his arms and gave me the proud look. i did the same but act even more arrogant than him and he laughed like hell. he tried to peek at how i was handling the cashier stuff but he was too short. cute little fellow.

next, this brothers seemed so cute too. they were like walking about and choosing vcds but to no avail. not because they cant find what they want, but because their parents dont wanna buy. yet they were munching their snacks happily.

the older brother was so funny. when his dad said he wanna buy The Best Bet, he went like "pa, dont buy" and then i was like --; there goes another sales! but then its good lah. he knows how not to waste money. not that buying vcds is a waste lah.. but.. hmm. lol.

they were so cute and their parents are so friendly that the boys' dad said "give jie jie some snacks" and they offered their snacks. soooo sweet. what a nice gesture but of cos i shouldnt cheat a kid of their snacks. so i didnt take it. lol.

okay, such a wonderful day with cute encounters with kids. Wenna, are you jealous? LOL.

suddenly i crave for Delifrance.

am reading this book entitled Sunshine Jelly. seems like a nice book. the introduction of the story is sooooo sweet. its setting is whereby this sweet guy had to leave the country because of his career. his girlfriend thought it was supposed to be a joke because on the 19th of every month, the guy would prepare a surprise for her. each surprise is different because they met on 19/10 three years ago. on top of that, the guy would always ask the girl all the 'what if' questions and seemed so serious..

then on the 19th of dont know which month, the guy asked the gal what if he leaves the country for his career. the girl thought it was a joke and it turned out real.

she was so sad yet she controlled her tears. she couldnt bear leaving the guy yet she doesnt want to show she's sad. so how they left each other at the airport was, the girl counted to three and they backfaced each other and start to walk their separate ways. the guy stopped her after a while.. and said:

"im gonna take the next flight. and from now till the next flight, there is 3 hours. in these three hours, there is 300 minutes which is 18000 seconds. every second from now on when i look at you, i would recall a memory of the both of us.. so in order for me to capture 18000 memories of the both of us, ive decided to take the next flight.."

sweet, aint it?but these kinda love would only appear in movies. *sad*
