Weird

My mum actually encourages me to stay over at boyfriend's house during weekends.

Yesterday she kept asking me why I didn't watch a movie with him because I said I would. I don't remember telling her that. Told her I didn't say that, and she walked into my room, asking the same question again.

"Must tell me if anything happened.."
"I told you nothing happen liao.."
"Then why you never stay over for the past two weekends?"
"Never stay over never stay over lah.."
"His mum don't like it?"
"Don't anyhow assume lah........"
"You two quarrelled?"
"No, we never. Nothing happened.."

She used to disapprove me of staying over during the weekends, now she's asking so much Whys if I'm not staying over.

It's just that things took a turn. Change took over. But the change did not affect our relationship.

Happy CNY Over!

I guess Lunar New Year 2008 isn't a very good year for me.

Let me just summarised the misfortunes i had been encountering:

CNY Day 2 : Handphone snatched in JB

CNY Day 7 : Offended "small people"

CNY Day 9 : Boyfriend had problems

CNY Day 13 : Offended "small people" yet again

CNY over (today) : Family problems

I thought I had made a wise decision by coming back to Singapore on Day 2 because last year I came back on Day 3 but I realised I missed alot of things. Then I carelessly left my bag half-zipped and handphone gotten snatched from behind. Damn you f*cking Malay guy, I will always remember you, may you burn in hell. (not being racist) I will not forget how you keep on eyeing my handset (and I still didn't get susipicious, yet leaving my bag half unzipped like I always do), I will not forget how you rushed out when I was alighting, slightly pushed me, and at that point of time, my face turned green, tad me like *oh f*ck, something is wrong* and frantically searched my bag in vain, only to be rushed by my mum.

And thanks lor, I had decided to save up my entire angbao money for further studies next year or year 2010, but I spent it on a new phone. Thank goodness for the recontracting of my dad's mobile line.

But every cloud has its silver lining. There would be subsidies for part-time degree courses for the 3 major universities and uniSIM, and it's a swopping 40% subsidize! That means I can save like... 8k out of the 20k I had to pay initially? HORRAYYYYY~

Let me just end my entry with my favorite part of the entire Jay Chou concert :) Will update when Alvin sends in more photos :D

Notice that transparent piano? SO DIAO! The best thing is not only cos he looks like a prince charming, it's cos he went like "You know what song is most suitable for this setup? 最长的电影!" My favorite from his latest album xD

Dunk-ed!

Went for the movie screening earlier this Monday, gotten just a set of pokercards and two pairs of tickets.

Sadly, I gotten Charlene Choi for the back of the card, nonetheless, she's the second lead in the movie (am I right?) so it's okay :)

The movie is funny and cute! I think Jay's acting improve, really :D

Brought a very moodless me to work today. The crowd at the busstop is much much lesser as compared to other days. The bus is not packed at all like other days.

Most companies are closed for today, leaving the minority still having to go to work.

As usual, I do not need to press the bell when my busstop is nearing, yet today, if I hadn't tap my card nearing the busstop, I bet the driver would have drove off to the interchange. I'm lucky he saw me and then stopped to let me alight, despite the fact that I didn't press the bell, cos I assume someone would, but today I was the only one alighting.

Totally no awkwardness in the lift with other passengers, because yet again, I was alone.

No mood to work, but have to work.

The inability to use MSN is even more demoralising.

Work had been frustrating. Why? Because communication between me and my project manager has become very very tedius. If there's many changes for the website, and say, I had doubts in a few of the changes, I had to email her back to enquire about it.

It used to be communication in MSN. Now it has become more tedius because I had to reply, and then wait several minutes (sometimes much longer) for a reply.

And it gets more frustrating when I just want to get the work over and done with.

My boss don't even trust us to finish our work, without letting too much chatting in MSN interfere. I admit I do chat quite alot, but I do my work, isn't it?

Enough said, let's not make my Chinese New Year a bad one.





P.S. I quarrelled with my mum in the morning. Sighs.

Yet another Jay post

I didn't pin too much hopes on winning any of the lucky draw/bids which I mentioned in my previous post (or did I sound like I'm pinning 100% hopes?)

Well, I didn't want to end up in disappointment.

Starhub bidding results is out. No, I did not win.
No news from Starhub nor Ripplevox regarding the MMS winners.

I was feeling like any other days today when I received this sms:

(Fr quakplt) U've won 2 tix 2 "Kungfu Dunk" on 4/2 in my paper contest. An email w b sent 2 u on 2/2 on tix collectn detail.

OMFG?

I totally forgotten about that contest which I had send 4 sms ($0.20) to try to win! I totally forgot the contest was on for 4 days and I had wanted to send 2 sms every day till the closing date, so I sent 4 only.

OH GOD OH GOD.

I think someone heard my prayers.

Although I can't meet him and take photo with him, at least I can get gala premiere premiums!

WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

I was totally trembling with joy as I read that sms.

Anyway, the bad news came after that..

Boss decided to remove MSN :(
