Spinocerebellar Degeneration

A failure of muscle control in their arms and legs, resulting in a lack of balance and coordination or a disturbance of gait. The patient will gradually face difficulties in walking, standing, writing, even speaking..

If one day I get that disease, will I be able to face the world bravely?

Will my friends help me wholeheartedly if I were to slow down their pace of life, need them to wait for me by the school gate so as to escort me into the classroom, need the lecturer to slow down his pace of teaching etc?

Will I be able to give up studying in a normal school and enroll into a special school because my friends reached their limit in helping me?

Will I be able to avoid sulking over curious stares from strangers?

Hereby I present you: 1 Litre of Tears

A Japanese drama based on a true story about a girl fighting the Spinocerebellar Degenerationdisease. 11 episodes in total. An inspiring and sad drama which will make your tears drop (maybe a litre, maybe less than that).

Before I end this entry, I wanna say the guy who acted the doctor in that drama is DAMN CUTE! *melts* He has the anime character look.
