The Dinoshan Roars

KBox-ing was yesterday and I'm back with photos!



I simply love photos.. all those snapshots to keep for rememberance.

Six of us went. There was Mike, Jing Jie, Yong Xiang, Kai Ling, Wenna and ME!

Quite alot liao.

Got room 19 for ourselves.



Small room for all 6 of us.

The room seemed strange even though the music starts playing. The atmosphere is just.. weird.

After much thinking, I found the solution to why we all felt weird.

THE FLOOR!

Not that the floor is dirty lah. Just that I realised it's not carpeted like the one at Toa Payoh. So what's the big deal with a carpeted floor and a carpetless floor?

Big difference K!

Cos I'm a band people too, I remembered very clearly what my Physics teacher said about carpeted flooring in concert halls.

It's to absorb the sounds to prevent rebouncing which makes the music sounds terrible.

I remember the one at Toa Payoh not only had carpeted floor, I think the walls are carpeted too.

DIDN'T THEY RESEARCH FIRST MEH?

Hah.

Well, so the singing starts.

Forgot what song this was, but since I was quite concentrated, it should be some Jay songs lah.

Just in case you don't know or might have guessed, ya most of the time I sing Jay songs cos I listen to his songs more.

And yeah! My singing improve bah, I guessed. Cos this time round there was no Ice Lemon Tea mah, and I kept a nice balance between my Mango juice and water :)

Solos time!

This time round we had three solos each and we had to stand up and sing.

Of cos the oldest one among us!

Lol. So mean. They didn't capture my first song. I sing that nice leh. Hah.

I had a hard time choosing her solo photo. It's like all her photos looked as if she's sniffing the micophone can.



OMG! Japanese songs!



Sang by Yong Xiang. He seemed so 陶醉.

Oh ya, Japanese songs the MV all sucked like those English ones.

After KBoxing, we were quite aimless and went to arcade.

We played Photo Hunt again!

But this time round we finally got into the top ten chart.

I still prefer the Photo Hunt machine at PS. The one at Clementi is so small.



Quite an ugly name but meaningful!

It says KYJWMH: Kai Yong Jing Wen Mike Huei. LOL!

Went to eat Mac after that.

Last week after KBox session, we also saw a retro neoprint machine and wanted to take neoprints with that after eating but the machine was closed while we were eating.

Saw it again yesterday and it's like six of us squeeze into the screen, 16 shots and so much fun!

Printing, printing, printing..

DONE!

...

What the HELL? NOTHING?

Really felt like bashing the machine up.

We thought of possible reasons: maybe because it's like so old, nobody really takes neoprint with it, so the owner didn't refill the printing paper?

T_T

The shop beside it also close liao.

SOBS.



This is the machine which cheated our feelings..

Nevermind, cannot keep a retro neoprint so we took a group photo ourselves.



My suggestion! I simply love such shots.

I mean, it's unique and have nice effects and the best part of it is, we don't need any help from strangers!
