Waved

I was waiting for the bus at my house bus stop to get to school when I bump into this sweet looking girl who lives at my area and I know she studies at Ngee Ann too cos we occassionally bump into each other.

Let's just call her SLG.

SLG and I had never talked before, never exchanged smiles before, but we know of each other's existence. We board the same bus: 99, alighted one stop before 99 turns into the interchange and got to school in 52.

What happened in bus 52 was, she was sitting just two seats behind the exit of the bus, and I was sitting just beside her, but not together.

We reached Clementi MRT bus stop, and I happened to see a mum of a 2-3 yr old girl, seated in front of SLG, carried her daughter because they're alighting. Of cos when she carried her girl, her girl was facing the passengers at the back, and looking straight into SLG.

Guessed what the little girl did?

She waved goodbye to SLG!

Maybe it's not such a big deal but kids usually wave goodbye to you when 1) their parents asked them to, 2) you waved goodbye to them after you "played" with them and made them smile/laugh or 3) they automatically waved goodbye to you after you made them smile/laugh.

When the little girl noticed I was looking at her, she looked at me and waved goodbye to me too!

CUTE lah!

SLG and I were so shocked yet happy about what the girl did and we exchanged smiles as if we knew what each of us were thinking.

That little girl totally made my day :D

My brother is hospitalised because there's something wrong with his intestines. He has grown much slimmer ever since he married and moved out.. He kept vomiting after meals..

I feel kinda guilty because I owe him like $800+ because of Rain's concert. Neither he nor my sister-in-law mentioned anything about needing the money for his operation fees but I just feel bad because they might just need the money..

Please bless my brother..
