I don't talk to my colleagues mainly about casual chats.

But I don't think they can see it.

As always, two sides of the coins, we only see the bad.
If we are left with only one dollar coin in our pocket, we only see the bad part which is we're only left with one dollar.
Why not choose to see it this way: Thank God I have a dollar left!

Perhaps only in really bad times, then we will see the bad as the good.
