Palette cos I doubt anyone ever thought of that name.

Palette cos a palette is something which artists uses to put their colors on it to paint a portrait. The bear consist of several colors too.

Palette cos it's a unique name :)

Why Singapore don't have dandelions as big as these?

In Singapore, there's only the small and stingy dandelions. It's so small that within less than a seconds, all the seeds would be blown off by me if I took only one.


But I love dandelions.


If I have any worries or troubles, I believe I would go to a dandelion garden, or simple a place filled with alot of dandelions, so I could tell them my problem, and then blow them away.

I believe I'll feel much better if I could do that.



I remember once I was in Bukit Batok with a bunch of friends. They were chatting on a bench and I felt bored, so I went around looking of dandelions.

It wasn't easy you know, but I managed to find a bunch and then went back to the place my friends were at.

Then I held the bunch of dandelions with both my hands and then row the stems with my palms.





That was how it looked like.



If there's a dandelion garden somewhere in Singapore, that'd be my secret hiding place..

I was telling my mum what the lady who served me told me when I bought this shorts.

Me: 咪，那个人说这个裤 (holding the shorts) 不用烫的。 (Mum, the person say this pair of shorts don't need iron one.)

咪： 不用洗更好！ (Don't need wash even better!)

Life is so fragile.

Yesterday, I was chatting online as usual, and suddenly one of my friends PM-ed me: ____'s mum passed away.

...........

SO SUDDEN.

My friend's mum is like a fun-loving person, this I judged for myself from the past few times I went to his place for mahjong. I remembered the very first time I played mahjong at his place, she was like "cursing" his son.

In mahjong there is 西 (west) tiles and in dialect (I don't know which), 西 = sai (a.k.a shit). Her son was like pong-ing sai for two consecutive rounds when she went like: "WAH, you jia sai ah?" (eat shit).

Upon hearing her son wanna get tattoo and my friend was like joking to her that her son wanna get tattoo, she went like: "tattoo? I 'tat-three' ah!"


SO CUTE LAH.

But she passed away just so suddenly. I heard she fainted at home and was admitted to the hospital immediately.. who knows that marks the end of her life journey :(

She's like still so young (if I'm not wrong).

Why God wanna take her away?

Many marriages can last for decades.

But how many aged couples can still be as loving as how they first fell in love?

Yesterday I was on my way to Theresa's house and was waiting for the traffic light to turn red so I could cross the road. Upon standing there and waiting, I saw this couple, whom I assumed should be in their 40s or 50s, chatting with their grown up children (this I assumed too).

As the traffic light starts to turn yellow before it turns red, I saw the middle-aged man frantically (but in a calm manner) placed his hand out, signalling to his wife to hold it as the traffic light is gonna turn red. The lady was busy chatting with their children when she saw that gesture, then she held it and crossed the road.

SWEET.

How many aged couple still display their affection in public?

I wonder if my marriage is to last for decades in future, will my future husband and I still be as loving as ever?

I send approximately 2.3 sms per hour last month.

"Chey, no big deal what", you might think.

But think again.

2.3 x 24 x 30 = 1625 sms for the entire month, and that refers to me smsing 24/7 without any sleep.

I've only got 900 free smses every month. So for the extra 725 smses I sent, I'm paying $36.50. That's 7 hours + of work.

I think the primary school gathering itself took up a few hundred. But what about the rest?! I send so many sms meh?

Die liao, cannot send too many sms already.

If I don't reply to your first smses from today on, I'm really really sorry cos my bill amount up to $106 last month and I got nagging from my dad. I'll only reply to more important smses and please don't ask me what type of smses are considered important.

Went to my brother's crib for AVFE.



Damn shiok lah. Look at the difference in the LCD screen size. 19" and I think 14".



1GB ram and 148GB capacity! Bad thing is, no partition. But again, VERY SHIOK LAH.

I think I spotted this on this day, which I think, is quite exaggerating considering the fact that we're all teritary students (I mean I don't think we really need such a bag even though we have to bring laptops to school. That's just my point of view anyway).

Little frogs spotted on the day I first climbed over the school gates (it was raining and the gate 2 wasn't open lah. The rain was too heavy and if we walked to the busstop, we'd be drenched little chickens)

Reminds me very much of primary school day. I was very much a tomboy back then (maybe still a little these days) and I used to stay in school late during the rainy season cos there'd be tadpoles on the grass! I mean they're swimming peacefully in the accumulated rainwater which formed a pool for them on the grass.

Then I would catch as many as possible in a waterbottle to keep them as pets at home. I remember I used to dread the disgusting feeling of stepping on the grass soaked in rain water and that I would catch them in my socks. The result: badly stained and smelly socks.

Anyone has the same fond memories of the past?

Two assignments down. Still have two more actually, but I can relax abit now.

Couldn't even breathe properly for the past few days. Lack of sleep resulted in panda eyes.

Had wanted to blog a nice entry since few days back but didn't have the time nor the mood to really sit down and write a nice photo-filled entry.

Assignments started pouring in last week, with one dued tomorrow, one dued on monday and another one dued on tuesday. After tuesday, I'll have tad bit more freedom as compared to now.

I don't have time to shop. (I really need to shop, I run outta clothes to mix and match!)

I don't have time to paint my beautiful nails which has finally grown out of the yellowish nails since my brother's wedding. (My nails turned yellowish after painting a different colour every week for like a month; nails couldn't "breathe".)

I don't have time to watch The O.C. (10 more episodes to go can.)

I don't have time to watch Meteor Garden, Japanese version.

On a short hiatus until next tuesday. I really hope to change a new layout by then: something citrus!

I strongly suggest 7-11 to sell contact lenses case and solution travel pack. Some contact lenses wearer will find it a hassle if they decided to stay over at someone's place (last minute decision) and they might have to wear their contact lenses to sleep if their friends dont have it. It's totally unsafe.

7-11 sells snacks and stuff and opens 24 hours. BUT they don't sell contact lenses case and solution for people like me. Maybe I should suggest this to them.

I'm now at my brother's crib. No contact lenses case, no solution. So I used a disposable spoon to keep my contact lenses and use normal water to soak it.

We noticed a group of guys having Roti Prata Feast. That guy caught us taking photos but seriously, that I think, is like 15 pratas on the table lah.

Recently addicted to Oregon Fresh Hot & Spicy Potato Chips. Bought them last thursday and finally ate them on Sunday. As usual, I left half the packet for the next day. Wenna bought it yesterday too, cos I kept talking about it, and they LOVED it :)

If you love spicy food, this potato chips will keep you asking for more! First bite, super shiok, very spicy. But of cos when you continue munching it's not as spicy as the very first bite. When you stop, the spicyness stays in your mouth :)

OH AND NTUC STARTED SELLING THEM!

But I cannot eat anymore liao. Too heaty, ate those chips 3 days in a row and got 3 fresh pimples on my face :(

Workload is increasing. AVFE done but I think I wanna edit it, ECAD assignment coming up, HUMCOM presentation due this friday, WISP next friday, AVFE final assignment also coming up, UED too :(

I wished there's 48 hours in a day, so I could sleep for 20 hours and still have 28 hours to do my stuff :/

One crazy thought: I wish I could be Sleeping Beauty! I could sleep as long as possible and still be a beauty!
